Returns:

We hope that you love all our products, however, if for any reason you would like to return any items please read our policy below: 

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. We do not cover any costs for returning items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your return our team will carry out a quality assessment and if it has been returned damaged or worn in any way unfortunately we will not be able to refund you.

To start a return, you can contact us at theemerveille@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package will be provided. Items sent back to us must first request a return to be accepted. 

Write your order number or full name on a note inside the return and send it to the address emailed to you

Exceptions / non-returnable items: 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards 

Shipping: 

We order free shipping on orders over $70

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination. 

Once you order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress.
