Refund policy

Returns:

We hope that you love all our products, however, if for any reason you would like to return any items please read our policy below:Β 

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. We do not cover any costs for returning items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your return our team will carry out a quality assessment and if it has been returned damaged or worn in any way unfortunately we will not be able to refund you.

To start a return, you can contact us at theemerveille@gmail.com.Β If your return is accepted, and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us must first request a return to be accepted.Β 

Write your order number or full name onΒ a note inside the return and send it to the address emailed to you

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.Β
